Private sessions allow the instructor to customize a workout specific to the clients needs. Sessions are offered as a 1-on-1 55 minute or 25 minute appointment or as a 55 minute duet appointment.
If you are new to Pilates, private sessions are a great way to start your practice in order gain a deep understanding of the core principles and become familiar with the equipment. For the client who has a specific body injury or imbalance, it can be a chance to focus on corrective exercises or incorporate hands on bodywork that can’t be done in a group class setting.
